On January 2016, at the Defendant’s residence located in the fourth floor of Seoul E-building, the Defendant putting off the car number “F” indicated on the parking sign of the above parking zone exclusively for the disabled, issued by the said B, using water, and entered “G” as the Defendant’s car number, using the test color pen, on that spot.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a parking lot sign for disabled parking zones only under the name of the head of Dong C in king City, the public document.

2. On December 8, 2017, at the H apartment parking lot located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (a) kept a copy of the parking zone parking zone parking zone parking zone parking that was forged by the Defendant, as described in the above paragraph (1), on the front glass of the said vehicle, in order to park the said parking zone exclusive for the disabled; and (b) held it on the front glass of the said vehicle, as if it was actually issued.
