Within the scope of the property inherited from the network D, the Defendants each amounting to KRW 90,000,000 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Around April 2007, the Plaintiff, the mother of the Defendants, lent KRW 180 million to the network D, the Plaintiff’s mother, and as such, the Defendants, the inheritor, are liable to pay the Plaintiff each KRW 90 million and interest or delay damages therefrom.
2. Judgment by service of publication of grounds for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. A lack of proof of the due date of payment of interest agreements or borrowed money from April 18, 2017 to the service of a copy of the complaint.
