A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Defendant driven a DNA cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.151% while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around the restaurant at which the trade name in the Scheon-si Sacheon-si cannot be known, to the front of the Ccafeteria signal apparatus located in the 20km-si.

On May 14, 2016, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at around 21:25, and driven the two-lane of the two-lane road in front of the C cafeteria in the Gyeongnam in the Gyeongnam by driving the vehicle at approximately 40km each hour from the private bank to the common bank.
At the time, the signal apparatus was installed on the front door, and the passage of the vehicle was frequent at night, so there was a duty of care to prevent the accident by thoroughly keeping the signal from the front door to the driver of the vehicle.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license, suffered from the injury of the victim G (the 24 years old), H (the 26 years old), H (the 26 years old), J (the 50 years old), K (the 50 years old), and K (the 47 years old), and K (the 47 years old and the 47 years old) of E (the 67-year old) driving on the right side of E (the 24 years old and the 26 years old and the 26 years old and the 28 years old and the 50-year old and the 47 years old) in need of medical treatment for each two weeks.
