Around March 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) retired from Jincheon-si BB 203, the Defendant, based on the Jincheon-si Branch C executive title of the Jinwon District Court, on the ground that the Defendant was living in the Defendant; (b) on the ground that the execution of the delivery of real estate D was completed; and (c) on March 10, 2012, the Defendant infringed on the effectiveness of compulsory execution by arbitrarily entering the said B lending window into the said facility.
