1. On April 23, 2017, the Defendant posted a notice on the Internet NAV online and on the bulletin board of the country’s Kamerna, stating that “The Kamerna will sell Kamernae” was false to the effect that the victim J made contact.

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the money to the injured party.

3. On May 12, 2017, the Defendant posted a letter on the Internet NAV bulletin board of the Republic of Korea among the Internet NAV servers, and false statement stating that “The Defendant will send four sirens to the victim N who visited him/her one million won.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the Kameras to the injured party.

The defendant is the same day as that of the victim by deceiving the victim as above.
