Based on its stated reasoning, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment that found the Defendant guilty on the facts charged of this case and sentenced the Defendant guilty.

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the record, the lower court did not err in its judgment by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding deception, repayment deposit, and deposit officer’s right to review, or by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.
