On February 8, 1986, the Plaintiff purchased from P the portion (A) of 143.1 square meters in the ship connecting each point of the attached Table 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 6 among the land of this case (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) in order to indicate 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 6, the Plaintiff purchased from P on February 8, 1986 the share ownership of 43/4719 of the entire land of this case was transferred for convenience.

Defendant B and Q specified the location of 181 square meters among the instant land on October 17, 1987 and owned by Defendant B and Q.

R Purchase from R, but for convenience, the ownership of 27375/47190 of the entire land of this case was transferred to others.

After that, the death of Q Q on January 1, 1998, and on January 31, 1998, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant C on June 12, 1998 with respect to the entire shares of Q on the grounds of division inheritance.

Defendant L, on February 20, 2001, was owned by specifying the location of 180.8 square meters among the instant land.

After purchasing the said part of 180.8 square meters from S, 547/47 of the entire land of this case, the ownership of 57/4719 of the total land of this case was transferred for convenience.

Defendant L owns a certain part of the instant land at around 2001 by specifying its location, but had completed the registration of co-ownership for convenience.

T, U, V, W, X, Defendant B, C, N, K, K, G, D, and H (only for those who inherited the portion owned by T, U, J, and K, and completed the registration of shares in accordance with their respective shares) of the instant land, upon filing a lawsuit claiming the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the nominal trust as to the portion of 180.8 square meters of the instant land (C, U, J, and K) and was sentenced to a favorable judgment on September 19, 201 (hereinafter referred to as the “previous judgment”).

Based on the previous judgment, Defendant L divided the above part of the land of this case into 180.8 square meters in the area of the land of this case into 180.8 square meters in the area of Gangseo-gu, Busan, and registered the division on January 18, 2002 ( Accordingly, the area of the land of this case is from 1,560 square meters in the area of 1,379 square meters.
