2. Violation of the Resident Registration Act;

A. On July 24, 2012, the Defendant applied for membership of LG U and SKBB World Internet, Internet telephone, and TV services without the above F’s consent, and used other persons’ resident registration numbers unlawfully.

B. On August 11, 2012, the Defendant applied for the subscription to the Internet, Internet telephone, and TV services of QOK at the same place without the consent of the said F, and used another person’s resident registration number unlawfully.
