The defendant shall each month from March 1, 2020 to the completion date of delivery of the real estate listed in the attached Table from March 1, 2020 to 5 million won.
1. On January 11, 2019, the Plaintiff, as indicated in the claim, leased real estate stated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as the lease period between February 1, 2019 and January 31, 2021, KRW 5 million and KRW 400,000 in monthly rent.
However, the defendant did not pay the rent from March 1, 2020, and the plaintiff terminated the above lease contract with the service of a copy of the complaint of this case.
In addition, according to the termination of the above contract, the delivery of the above real estate and the monthly rent are sought.
