(2) A creditor shall be deemed to be the plaintiff and the defendant. <2> The applicable provisions of law: the judgment by confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, the defendant shall be served with the original copy of the original payment order, the defendant shall submit a simple written objection without any content of dispute over the application for the payment order, and the plaintiff shall not be present on the date for pleading, without clearly disputing the plaintiff's assertion.
