1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 220,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from May 13, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(2) Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed “Defendant.”
