1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,775,245 as well as 20% per annum from May 15, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. From March 1, 2013 to April 30, 2018, the Plaintiff was working for the Defendant Company. The Defendant Company did not pay wages, retirement allowances, and other money and valuables to the Plaintiff from March 1, 2017 to March 2018, and thus, the Plaintiff claimed for payment of the amount stated in the claim and damages for delay under the Labor Standards Act.
