3. The part of statutory interest rate exceeding the amended statutory interest rate as the provisions governing statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Partial Dismissals were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019.
