around November 2015, the Defendant entered into a consignment contract with the victim E Co., Ltd., and was engaged in the entrusted sales business at the J located in North Korea-Gu I at Port, and was in charge of the settlement and collection business.

On March 11, 2016, the Defendant arbitrarily used total of KRW 68,094,00,000 as indicated in the attached list of crimes, including, but not limited to, deposit to the J department department department department, and arbitrarily consumed for personal purposes, while receiving KRW 2,49,00 from the customer who purchased the bed to the bed to the account in the name of the Defendant, from the customer who purchased the bed to the account in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant embezzled the property of the victim company.
