The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
The facts that the defendant did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the date on which he/she filed an appeal against the lower judgment on July 28, 2014 and served a notice of appointment of a state appointed defense counsel on August 22, 2014 after he/she appealed, are apparent in the records. The defendant's petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, nor does there exist any grounds for ex officio examination. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed pursuant to Articles 361-4 (1) and 361-3 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, and it is so decided
