1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 65,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 27, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant only raised a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order, and was absent on the date of pleading, so all of the plaintiff's assertions in accordance with Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act is deemed to have been led to the confession of all of the plaintiff's assertions in accordance with Article 150 (3).
