1. The instant lawsuit was concluded upon the completion of conciliation on November 12, 2014.

Reasons

According to the records, the conciliation was concluded on November 12, 2014 regarding the instant case, but the Defendant, on November 18, 2014, filed an objection to the said conciliation, stating that “The above conciliation was omitted from important matters, the Defendant was conducted in physical, mental, and rush state with a traffic accident preceding the previous day, and the conciliation commissioner was conciliation in a situation of biased conciliation, and the conciliation commissioner filed an application for the designation of the date.”
