2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The defendant establishes and operates a C University, and the plaintiff is an associate professor with the language therapy department at C University on October 1, 2006.

Part I of the General Provisions of Chapter II (Scope and Coverage) Except as otherwise provided in Acts and subordinate statutes, articles of incorporation and regulations, this provision shall apply with respect to the service of the teaching staff of this school.

Part II Work Hours (Work Hours) ① The Work Hours of school personnel shall be from 9:00 to 18:00, and the basic work hours shall be 40 hours per week.

(c) Provided, That where the completion time of a lecture is after the retirement, the completion time of a lecture shall be the retirement time;

Chapter 6: Article 32 (Retirement) (1) School personnel shall attend school until the designated time and write the prescribed attendance mark, and perform their duties.

(2) The attendance mark shall be based on the attendance book kept in each faculty member's department, in cases of teachers, and employees shall be based on the attendance book kept in the office of work, and in cases of teaching assistants, it shall be based on the attendance book kept in the office of school affairs.

Article 37 (Grounds for Disciplinary Action) (1) Where a school employee falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the head of the Secretariat shall investigate such fact and report the decision to the president, and where disciplinary action is deemed necessary, the disciplinary action shall be taken according to the result after undergoing the procedures for disciplinary action:

C. On December 2, 2012 and March 6, 2013, the Defendant sent the following co-operation to the professors of C University, including the Plaintiff, in the name of the Director General of C University.

In accordance with Article 12(1) of the Regulations on the Service of Teachers and Staff at Korean Universities and Colleges, it is necessary to provide the following information on commuting body due to the introduction of the system for the management of the assignment of teachers and staff under Chapter II of the Regulations on the Service of Teachers and Staff at the University:

Work at least four times a week from a month to a Saturday: At 9:0 a.m.
