Details of the disposition
A. The Plaintiff is a company established on September 10, 2013 and engaged in a comprehensive waste disposal business, interim disposal business, or solid fuel manufacturing business.
B. On September 13, 2014, the Plaintiff purchased 6,004 square meters and C miscellaneous land 23,141 square meters (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant place of business”). On April 4, 2008, the Plaintiff obtained a license for intermediate waste treatment business on the instant place of business, and filed a report on waste recycling business on December 2, 2010 with the permission for intermediate waste treatment business.
After the revision of the Wastes Control Act, the intermediate waste disposal business was changed to the intermediate waste recycling business on March 23, 2012, and the waste recycling business was changed to the comprehensive waste recycling business on July 24, 2012.
C. From around 2016, the Defendant issued an administrative disposition on several occasions against the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff violated the standards for waste storage, such as storing waste in the instant place of business, which is not the storage facility, by storing waste in the outdoor place of business, etc.
Details, etc. shall be as follows:
Temporary violations of the standards for waste storage on May 9, 2016 - one month of business suspension, - Failing to comply with the order to dispose of wastes on September 6, 2016 (within two months after the end of the period of business suspension) - Three months of business suspension - failure to comply with the order to dispose of wastes on December 27, 2016 - six months of business suspension - failure to comply with the order to dispose of wastes on August 13, 2017 (the appropriate completion of waste disposal within the period of business suspension) - Revocation of the order to dispose of wastes on August 7, 2017 (the cancellation of the order to dispose of wastes on August 7, 2017) - Order to dispose of wastes on May 30, 2018 (the completion of the order to dispose of waste within the period of business suspension) to comply with the order to dispose of wastes on condition that the order has been issued on May 18, 2018 (the foregoing order to extend the period to 1.
