The debtor shall be a stock company under title 172,50,000 won as of May 11, 1990, under title 1949, and the maximum debt amount shall be 172,50,000 won under title of the Busan Mutual Savings and Finance Company (which shall be the trade name before the alteration of the Busan Mutual Savings and Finance Company; hereinafter the same shall apply), the registration of creation of each superficies under the name of the Busan Mutual Savings and Finance Company as of May 11, 1990 as of title 1950, under title 1951 as of May 11, 1990, the debtor shall be U as of 172,50,50,000 won under the name of the Busan District Court, and the maximum debt amount shall be 190,000 won under the name of the Busan Mutual Savings and Finance Company as of May 10, 1990, each of the debtor shall be registered under the same maximum debt amount.
