1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 203,641,762 to Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 31,380,006 to Plaintiff B; and (c) from August 8, 2014 to each of them.

Reasons

According to the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, even though Plaintiff A worked as the senior vice president of the Defendant from December 10, 2012 to April 2014, Plaintiff A was not paid KRW 203,641,762 in total wage and travel expenses from the Defendant. Plaintiff B served as the Defendant’s employee from October 2, 2012 to September 30, 2013, but did not receive KRW 31,380,006 in total wage from the Defendant. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay Plaintiff A total sum of KRW 203,641,762 in total wage and travel expenses, KRW 31,380,000 in total, and damages for delay by August 20, 2014 through the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
