[criminal power] On April 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year in the Seoul Western District Court for criminal fraud. The above judgment became final and conclusive on May 1, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

For over 30 years, the defendant engaged in the consignment and brokerage business of the release on bail and the high-class clothing, and has sold a number of release on bail and clothing through the victim D, which he came to know through the introduction of the relatives by marriage C around 1997.

In around May 10, 2007, the Defendant filed a complaint with the Seoul Dongdong Police Station on May 10, 2007 against the victim for fraud on the ground that: (a) around May 10, 2007, the Defendant: (b) the Defendant: (c) the Defendant had a large number of bruds; (d) one half of small bruds; and (e) three half of low bruds; and (e) one half of the Jinju; and (e) the Defendant entrusted the sale to the victim.

Nevertheless, around July 4, 2013, the Defendant filed a complaint with the Seoul Western District Court to the effect that F was unable to receive three sale proceeds, and that the Defendant was tried by the Seoul Western District Court. In the above trial, the Defendant testified that the victim was present as a witness and returned three half of F, or that G and H had already paid the sale proceeds from half of F, and that the victim was sentenced to the judgment of conviction, thereby having the mind to be subject to criminal punishment by filing a complaint against the victim with perjury.

On May 14, 2014, the Defendant, at the Seoul Sungdong Police Station, had a large sum of 'D' to be raised up to G, one of which is corresponded to 'D' to be raised to G;
