1. In order to raise the money for robbery, the Defendant was willing to take property against employees who work alone at the convenience store in the night.
On November 9, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 05:26, at the convenience store in Ansan-si, the victim D (n, 49 years of age) reported that he works as a mixed person; and (b) made one string of 500 meters of living water into the above convenience store; and (c) made it impossible for the Defendant to resist by stating that the Defendant 150,000 won of cash located in the Yongsan-gu Treasury and 550,000 won of cash stored in the column below the calculation unit to take care of the victim’s property; and (d) made it impossible for the Defendant to take care of the victim by taking care of the victim’s property, taking over the victim’s property, and taking the victim’s right-hand side and the right-hand side in the process of taking care of the victim’s property.

2. Special robbery;
A. On August 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered the E convenience store in Silung-si on August 27, 2012; (b) prepared for the following reasons: (c) in advance, he/she would have become aware of the victim F (F) who is his/her employee after having given money to the said employee; (d) taken cement sculptures, which is a deadly weapon (10cm, 10cm in length, 10.5cm) into the victim; (c) prevented the victim from resisting money; and (d) forced the victim to take advantage of the victim’s tobacco amounting to KRW 300,00 in cash, and KRW 5,400 in the market price, and forced the victim to take advantage of two cigarettes.
B. On August 29, 2012, around 05:39, the Defendant entered the G convenience store in Silung-si, and threatened the victim H (the age of 19) with a deadly weapon as “in-depth tax calculation of the amount.” Furthermore, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim H (the age of 19) with “in-house tax calculation of the amount of money”; (b) prevented the victim from resisting the victim; (c) prevented the victim from resisting; and (d) prevented the victim from resisting the amount of an empty disease toward the victim; and (d) took the victim’s tobacco amounting to KRW 8,100 at the market
