A. The Plaintiff, a company running the business of recycling and selling scrap metal, etc., was provided with scrap metal from Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”), and supplied it to the same international lectures. Defendant A received scrap metal from Defendant COSP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant COSP”) and supplied it to the Plaintiff.

B. On March 25, 2014, the Plaintiff passed the radioactivity monitoring device installed within the said international lecture to load 23,130 g of scrap metal supplied by Defendant A on the vehicle B and deliver it to the said international lecture, and at the said monitoring device, the Plaintiff sent the radiation detection warning at the said monitoring device.

C. On March 26, 2014, the following day, Defendant A’s staff members and the director of Defendant A visited the Plaintiff to verify the fact that the scrap metal supplied by Defendant A contaminated with the radioactivity, and on the same day, confirmed the fact that the scrap metal, which the Plaintiff was loaded in the vehicle C that the Plaintiff intended to supply, was contaminated with the radioactivity.

Of the above scrap metal, the part contaminated with radioactivity was 2,800 g for the above B vehicle and 2,260 g for the above C vehicle.

Since then, the Plaintiff visited Defendant COSmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

E. Defendant COSA, who provided the instant scrap metal to Defendant A, appointed a business agent and removed pollutants in accordance with the direction of the Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety, and Defendant A returned the amount corresponding to the returned portion of the scrap metal supplied to the Plaintiff.
