As to the crime No. 1 in the judgment of the defendant, a fine of KRW 3,00,00 shall be imposed, and one year shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for each crime of KRW 2-5 in the judgment.
Punishment of the crime
On December 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Busan District Court on October 5, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 13, 2013.

1.
