1. The defendant shall pay 24,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 21, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On October 2010, the Defendant, with the indication of the claim, acquired from the Plaintiff a total of KRW 24 million the right to operate the cafeteria and the facility located in Asan-si C. As such, the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 24 million to the Defendant.
