1. The defendant,

A. As to KRW 108,049,701 and its weight, KRW 177,291,666 for the Plaintiff Construction Co., Ltd.

Reasons

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. Fact-finding 1) The Plaintiffs are C apartments in the Seoul-dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Area B (hereinafter “instant apartments”).

(2) The construction of the Plaintiff’s petition is the executor of the building project (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s petition construction”); the Plaintiff Daeyang Industrial Development Co., Ltd., “Plaintiff Daeyang Industrial Development”; and the Plaintiff’s accumulated forest Co., Ltd., Ltd., “the Plaintiff’s accumulated forest.”

(2) On March 25, 2009, the Plaintiffs entered into a contract with the Defendant to sell the instant apartment units of KRW 505 303 to the Defendant at KRW 662,50,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) and an additional contract on the payment of interest on loans by the Defendant. The main contents are as follows.
