A. On April 20, 2017, the Plaintiff received a contract from the Defendant for the construction work of the Asan City Neighborhood Facility (hereinafter “instant construction work”) at the rate of KRW 470,000,000 (including value-added tax, KRW 517,00,000), October 30, 2017, and 1/1000 of the liquidated damages rate for delay.

(A) The completion date of construction on January 31, 2018: The completion date of construction on January 31, 2018: The completion date of construction must be completed, regardless of the date of approval for completion on the documents, and the completion date of construction shall be the completion date on which the project owner completes the completion of the construction examination, and the remainder shall be paid to the request for tax invoice on the completion date of the examination by the project owner.

B. On November 1, 2017, the Plaintiff and the Defendant additionally prepared a contract agreement for the submission of a tax office, and entered the following matters therein:

(A) evidence of heading 13 (c)

The Plaintiff performed the instant construction, and additionally contracted the construction cost of KRW 3,900,000 by the Defendant, and demanded the installation of an air conditioner, and completed the installation of air conditioner and air conditioner.

On November 20, 2017 with respect to the building newly constructed pursuant to the instant contract (hereinafter “instant building”), the approval for use was granted, and on December 18, 2017, the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the Defendant’s future on December 18, 2017.

E. On January 26, 2018, the Defendant issued to the Plaintiff a “written inspection of the completion of construction work” with the Plaintiff’s seal stating that each of the specific types of construction work is “inspection completion” and affixed the seal.

(f) On March 2, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) KRW 740,300 as the land survey cost; (b) KRW 4,00,50 as the land survey cost to D on April 21, 2017; and (c) KRW 734,800 as the land survey cost to the Korea Land Information Corporation on May 5, 2017; (b) KRW 1,100,50 as the land survey cost to E on May 19, 2017; and (c) KRW 7,00,00 as the construction design cost to E; and (b) KRW 743,60 as the land survey cost to the Korea Land Information Corporation on June 23, 2017; and (c) KRW 3,50 as the land survey cost for construction works and civil engineering works to G on July 27, 2017.
