3. By March 3, 200, a sum of KRW 90 million was remitted to the national bank account (K) in the name of the defendant as investment money.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

The Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 by the Seoul Central District Court on November 22, 2007 to a fine of KRW 700,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on March 12, 2008; a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) at the same court on March 12, 208; and the same year.
