1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. Basic facts
A. C (the deceased on January 31, 2016, hereinafter “the deceased”) signed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on January 5, 1953 with respect to the land D (hereinafter “Ei”) of the Gu Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do (hereinafter “Dai”) on January 12, 1965.
Since then, 22 square meters of the above land was divided into F land, and the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer based on inheritance with respect to D 917 square meters of land after division.
B. From around 1953, the Deceased occupied and used part (a) of the attached Table No. 2,3,4,5,6,7,7, 15, 14, 13, and 2 of the Gu’s land and G (each of the above land was combined into B, B, 1541 square meters as of May 18, 201) which are adjacent to D’s land and the above land, which are located in line with D’s land from around 1953, the deceased occupied and used part (a) of the attached Table No. 788 square meters (hereinafter “the part of the instant land”).
The Plaintiff independently succeeded to the possession of the deceased on each of the above lands.
C. On June 23, 1966, the Seocheon Land Improvement Cooperatives completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each land B and G on June 23, 1966, and thereafter the registration of ownership transfer has been completed in sequence in the name of Seocheon Farmland Improvement Cooperatives and the Defendant.

2. The Plaintiff’s assertion from January 5, 1953, occupied and used the part of the instant land as the owner’s intention, and the Plaintiff comprehensively succeeded to the deceased’s possession. As such, the Defendant, who is the title holder of the said part of the land, is liable to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on the said part of the land to the Plaintiff.
3. Judgment on the issue
A. A person who intends to purchase the relevant legal doctrine ordinarily concludes a sales contract after confirming ownership and size by the certified copy of the register or cadastral record before entering into the sales contract, etc.
