1. Crimes committed on January 13, 2014;

A. On January 13, 2014, at around 22:10, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E (the age of 53) who was a guest while avoiding a disturbance before the World Wareow, on the ground that the victim E (the age of 53) avoided his/her disturbance, he/she was suffering from an injury, such as an unexplosion of the number of treatment days, by taking several times on the face of the victim, on the ground that the victim E (the age of 53) was prevented.

B. On January 13, 2014, the Defendant, at around 22:50, in the performance of official duties, committed assault, such as assaulting at H’s arms at the time of his arms, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties by doing so. The Defendant, while boarding the police vehicle with GH belonging to the Seoul Daejeon District Police Station GH, which was called up after receiving a report on the said contents, and traveling to FH, coming to walk the police vehicle at several times, and walking the inside the police vehicle at one time, and “this rings, the rings, the rings, the rings, the rings, and the rings of the rings, shall be discarded down,” and assaulting the police officer at the time of his arms.

2. Crimes committed on January 29, 2014;

A. On January 29, 2014, the injured Defendant: (a) around 19:10, the victim K (the 45-year-old age) who is a restaurant owner in the middle-gu Daejeon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City as an issue of food payments in front of the restaurant, took a bath to the victim; (b) took a math of flab; (c) took a bath to the victim; and (d) took the face of the victim by drinking flab; and (e) took a part on the part of the victim; and (e) took part in the part of the victim, taking part in the part of the flab, took part of the flab; and

B. The obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant: (a) assaulted the victim M&(s) of the police officer belonging to the Daejeon Middle Police Station L District (57 years old) who was dispatched after receiving a report at around 19:30 on January 29, 2014; and (b) talked with the victim M& (57 years old) (48 years old) of the Daejeon Middle Police Station L district; (c) when she talked with the victim M&(s) of the Daejeon Middle Police Station; (d) “packs the victim M’s face by drinking; (d) the victim N, walking the head of the victim N; and (e) the victim M&. at the same time interfere with the legitimate performance of duties by committing assaulting the victim’s face; and (e) at the same time, taking approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
