1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 197,803,742 and KRW 120,964,983 among them, from November 29, 200, and 73.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the claim based on the judgment in the claim for reimbursement amount, Seoul Central District Court Decision 2005Da363165, supra.
