1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 28,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from November 18, 2012 to October 16, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Since the amendment of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the part claiming damages for delay by 20% per annum among the Plaintiff’s claims for partial dismissal was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate applied after October 1, 2015 is limited to the said changed statutory interest rate since October 1, 2015.
3. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act, which hold a judgment without holding any pleadings.
