Defendant

A on April 26, 2010, in Seoul Southern District Court sentenced two years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 24, 2010, completed the execution of the sentence on June 1, 2012, and the Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. 1) The Defendant around September 2009: (a) around Em-Maart located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu; (b) around September 2009, the psychotropic drugs-related Memopon (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

A) Around August 5, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.5 grams, and received them. (2) around August 5, 2012, the Defendant provided and received approximately 0.1g of philopon from HFE located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, and I received them.

3) Around June 2013, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 grams from the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J, and from B, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.05 grams of opon. B. The Defendant purchased oponon around December 2012, the Defendant purchased 1.2 million won to K in the frequency house near the Seocho-dong Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and 1.2 grams of opon.

2) On February 1, 2013, the Defendant purchased 1.2 million won and approximately 10g 10 gramphones around the Eart located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul. 3) on April 2013, the Defendant purchased L and M with approximately 5.3 million won and approximately 18 gramphones around the New-ro Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

C. (1) Around December 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 300,000 from I and sold 0.1g of phiphones; and (b) sold 0.1g of phiphones. (c) On February 2, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from L, and sold KRW 0.5g of phiphones in the vicinity of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and received KRW 200,00 from L, and sold them.

3) On February 2013, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 from L, and sold approximately 0.7g 0,000,000,000 from L in the vicinity of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Reading Tunnels, and sold it. 4) The Defendant was Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
