On June 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:26, on the ground that the victim D (the 60-year-old age) was slicked to E residing in the above Gosiwon within 37, the Defendant sustained the victim’s face on several occasions; and (b) when the victim’s face is taken on drinking, the Defendant sustained the victim’s injury, such as flapted, flapted, and acute dyeing in the treatment days.
