The defendant is a person who works in the bus bus division of the Jeonju Factory Co., Ltd. and works as a representative of the same company's trade union.

1. On January 21, 2014, around 09:30 on January 21, 201, the Defendant: (a) exercised the power by the same method at the place of the foregoing paragraph; and (b) obstructed the installation work of the EU Speaker of the company that filed an accusation for one hour from that time to 10:30 on that day

D. On January 22, 2014, the Defendant exercised its power at the place of the foregoing paragraph (a) in the same manner.
