An application filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

[Criminal Justice] On October 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment due to fraud, etc. at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 15, 2013.

[2015 Highest 3928] On February 9, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter that “the online cultural product right of KRW 100,000 shall be sold in KRW 87,00,00” on the bulletin board, and then falsely said that he/she would sell the cultural product right to the victim D who reported and contacted the above letter.

However, in fact, the defendants did not have the right to receive the above money even if they did not have the intention or ability to grant the right to receive cultural products.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 87,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired KRW 2,517,00 in total from around that time to May 22, 2015 by means of the aforementioned method, including transfer of KRW 21,517,00 from the victims, as described in attached Table 1.

[2015 Highest 4094] On May 19, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter “I sell two balls of Montreal 4.13lbs (1.87)” on the bulletin board at the Internet Nenebs (hereinafter referred to as “I will sell two balls”) at the PC located in the city of the Government of Speaker, and then falsely told the victim E who reported and contacted the above letter.

However, the Defendant did not have an intention or ability to pay the Montreal masters even if he did not receive the said money.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 65,000 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant on the same day as that of the Defendant.
