Punishment of the crime
On March 17, 2013, the Defendant entered the 'C' entrance in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 06:20 on March 17, 2013, and entered the 'C' entrance, which was not corrected by the 'C', and the manager and the victim D Kabter opened the 3rd floor.
Then, the Defendant opened a room of No. 308, which was not corrected, and intruded into the room managed by the victim.
