On July 2008, the Defendant: (a) made a false lease agreement on the ground that a credit service provider could easily lend money as security of a lease contract, such as a police officer D, by making a false lease agreement on the ground that he/she was a lessor; (b) changed the lessee’s name to the name of a credit service provider; and (c)

On January 31, 2008, the Defendant: (a) at the F real estate office located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government on the location of the site for the real estate lease contract; (b) at the location of the site for the real estate lease contract; (c) on the column for the leased object, the Defendant entered the lease contract in the state of the present facilities, “I” in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the location of the site for the real estate lease contract; (d) on the deposit column; (e) on the deposit column; (e) on the monthly rent column; (e) on the balance column; (e) KRW 30,000; (e) on the remainder column; and (e) on the lease of the facilities in the state of the special agreement column; and (e) on the lease of the facilities, the contract is terminated.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D, forged one copy of the monthly rent contract for real estate in the name of K, which is a private document on rights and obligations without authority for the purpose of exercising the right and duties, and delivered the forged real estate monthly rent contract as if it was a document duly formed.

In addition, as stated in the attached list of crimes (1), the Defendant forged a lease contract in the name of K nine times from January 30, 2009 from that time to that of January 30, 209 and exercised it.

2. The Defendant, around January 31, 2008, committed fraud at the F Real Estate Office in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, as if he were K.
