1. The defendant shall pay 25 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 2, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On June 17, 2005, the Plaintiff lent KRW 25 million to C (the representative director) Co., Ltd. (the Defendant), and the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligation.
