야간방실침입절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
【2014 Highest 619】
1. Larceny;
A. On February 22, 2014, at around 22:10, the Defendant opened an industrial company parking lot located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for the victim C, who was parked in the said parking lot, and stolen the said victim C, with the NA, which is the victim C, and the Defendant was in that place.
B. Around 21:00 on February 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to the driver’s seat of Naa-si located in the parking lot in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu; and (b) stolen KRW 10,000 in cash owned by the victim F.
2. On February 25, 2014, around 01:00 on February 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the industrial lodging room of the industrial company as described in the foregoing paragraph 1(a); (b) and (c) the Victim G was locked by having S3 mobile phones with a gallon equivalent to KRW 700,000 at the market price on the head of another victim’s head.
【2014 Height 846】 On March 31, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the above garage with the victim (ju) IFst H in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the purpose of stealing the taxi at around 19:45 on March 31, 2014, and opened a door in the market value of KRW 1,900,000, the victim, who was parked in the said garage, and driven the vehicle with the vehicle key, which was displayed at the seat of the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the property.
【2014 Highest 892】 On March 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a line of the driver’s seat in the management of the victim M of the victim parked at a Lcab parking lot located in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; and (b) attempted to steals money and valuables; (c) but (d) was arrested as a flagrant offender by being caught by the O of the taxi engineer at the same place.
