Reasons
The reasoning for this Court’s reasoning is as follows: (a) evidence additionally submitted in the trial and lack of recognition of the Defendant’s assertion for the completion of extinctive prescription is the same as the reasoning for the judgment of the first instance court, and thus, (b) it is cited by applying the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
