On November 10, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would lend KRW 20 million to the victim B as he/she has rapidly used it,” and that “the Defendant would pay off within six months and pay interest at 2%.”

However, even if the defendant borrowed money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to repay it.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired the victim with cash of KRW 20 million from the victim as the borrowed money.

1. Crimes committed against C's mobile phone entry applications;

A. On November 26, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) output two copies of the mobile phone (F, G) service contract sent by e-mail from E, a SK communications agency, using the computer at a non-place; (b) stated “C”, “H”, “H”, and “I in Busan Metropolitan City Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Daegu, Busan,” respectively in the name column of the applicant for a mobile phone service contract printed out as above; and (c) signed the said C’s signature in the column of the applicant for a new contract for mobile phone service.

Accordingly, the defendant set up two parts of a new contract for mobile phone service in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as the above-mentioned 1-A, sent e-mail to the above-mentioned E a forged mobile phone service contract as the above-mentioned 1-A, and exercised two copies of the falsified mobile phone service contract as if it was duly formed.

2. Crimes committed against application for joining a mobile phone under J's name;

A. On November 26, 2014, the Defendant is entitled to use private documents in L-do Mtel near K in Seocheon-si.
