1. The defendant shall display the attached Form 2 drawings to the plaintiff among the underground streets of reinforced concrete building in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. According to the provisions of the instant agreement and the instant loan agreement, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from March 29, 2010 to March 28, 2015, entrusted the Plaintiff with the management and operation of the underground shopping mall in 29 Seoul Special Metropolitan City, including the following shopping districts, from March 29, 2010 to March 28, 2015. The scope of entrustment includes “matters concerning the management and operation of the shopping mall under the provisions of Articles 4 through 17 of the Municipal Ordinance, and the performance of litigation following the management and operation of the shopping mall.” Furthermore, according to the above provision setting the scope of entrustment, the Plaintiff, a custodian, entered into the instant agreement into between 20 and 25 of the shopping mall, including the agreement on the lease of the shopping mall (Articles 4 and 5), the imposition and collection of rent for lease deposit (Articles 8, 9, and 10), the lease contract for incidental facilities and the management of the underground shopping mall (Article 15) and the instant public property (hereinafter referred to as “instant”).
3) After that, the Plaintiff and the said merchants’ association and the E-Internet shopping mall (hereinafter “E-Internet shopping mall”).
(2) On February 10, 201, the Plaintiff agreed to succeed to the status of the said merchant’s meeting under the Convention and the loan agreement. (2) F leased the instant store from Seoul Special Metropolitan City and sub-leaseed the instant store to G. The Defendant on February 10, 2004.
