A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 03:00 on September 26, 2017, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Driver Violence, etc.) (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes”), on the ground that the victim B (the 44-year-old-old-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si), who is the spouse of the said residence, was locked at a sobrying time, and that the victim was locked at the late time, while making a dispute, the Defendant sawd the victim’s face face, who was seated with the driver’s own hand, and caused approximately two weeks of medical treatment for the victim.

2.
