A. On November 24, 2009, D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) entered into a business agreement (hereinafter “instant business agreement”) and a management-type land trust agreement (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”) with ten lending financial institutions, Si Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) and Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) in order to carry out the business of constructing and selling apartment-type factory buildings on the land E and F on the old-si city E and F ground, and completed the instant condominium building A (hereinafter “instant condominium”). < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 23290, Aug. 24, 2011>

B. In accordance with Article 5-2 of the instant project agreement and Article 5 of the instant trust agreement, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership preservation on August 12, 201 as to the whole of 260 rooms of the instant condominium building on August 12, 2011. (2) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) acquired the ownership of each partitioned building on the date indicated in the “transfer date of ownership” column in the following table and completed the registration of ownership transfer.

On April 25, 2016, Defendant B transferred the ownership of the instant aggregate building I (hereinafter referred to as “instant aggregate building I”) to J Co., Ltd., and on July 20, 2016, Defendant B transferred the ownership of K to L Co., Ltd.

On July 28, 2015, the number of 1st basements on the transfer date, the number of 1st basements through N, (O) through Q through R, (S through T, 10 through 17th 6th V, and (i) X through Y, 10th 17th 5th 5th 15th 2nd 11th AE through AF, (C), AD 91th 9, AD 91 through AF 14, and (a) 10th 15th 15th 15th 206th 15th 15th 206th 15th 206th 14th 15th 206th 15th 206th 15th 2015.
