【Criminal Power” On December 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for murder, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on February 13, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan District Court on February 13, 2017. On January 10, 2019, the Daegu District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment for special intimidation and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Detention House on May 10, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 10, 2019, at around 23:10 on July 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim D (year 52) and the victim E (year 50) are drinking together with the Defendant’s wife; and (b) made a dispute with the victims on the ground that the victim D expressed the Defendant’s desire to do so; (c) entered the “F”, which is a restaurant located immediately adjacent to the said “C” restaurant, and called “F”, which is a dangerous object (total length 23 cm, 12 cm length) and added it to the victims, and excessively displayed it.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims, respectively.

2. The Defendant committed the crime as stipulated in the above Paragraph (1) at the place specified in the above Paragraph (1), and reported it to the police. On July 10, 2019, the Defendant was asked of questions from H and assistant I about the circumstances of the instant case by the police box affiliated with H and the police box of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station, which called on the site around 23:40 on July 10, 2019, the Defendant spited the face of H while avoiding the disturbance of “booming the slope I.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers related to criminal investigation.
