(a) Of the buildings listed in the annex, each point of Annex A, 2, 3, 4, and 1.

A. On June 10, 2013, the Plaintiff, among the buildings attached to the Defendant, leased as KRW 16.5 square meters a monthly rent of KRW 16.5 square meters on the ship (A) connected each point of the attached drawings 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, and 1,000 among the buildings attached to the Defendant.

B. The Defendant did not pay monthly taxes from December 10, 2014.

C. Accordingly, the Plaintiff terminated the above lease contract on the ground of the Defendant’s delinquency in rent by serving the copy of the complaint of this case, and sought a return of the rent and unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent by the date of delivery of the above building and the completion of delivery of the building.
