1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 29,700,000 with respect to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from August 17, 2002 to June 9, 2005.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
[However, as to damages for delay, 15% per annum is applied from October 1, 2015 pursuant to the amendment of the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by October 1, 2015), so part of the claim for damages for delay is dismissed.]
