A. Defendant C has removed (1) buildings listed in paragraph 3 of the attached Table, and (2) paragraphs 1 and 2 of the attached Table.

A. Plaintiff A is the owner of the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1, and Plaintiff B is the owner of the land listed in the separate sheet No. 2 (the combination of each of the above lands is referred to as each of the instant lands), and Defendant C is the owner of each of the instant lands listed in the separate sheet No. 3 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”).

B. On March 22, 2008, between F and F, the Plaintiffs entered into a lease agreement with the term of lease from April 5, 2008 to April 4, 2013 regarding each of the instant land. At the time, F agreed to the Plaintiffs to newly construct and use assembly-type buildings on each of the instant land and remove them upon the expiration of the term of lease. Accordingly, the instant building was newly constructed on each of the instant land.

C. After that, on March 31, 2013, Defendant C and the Plaintiffs agreed to remove the instant building at the expiration of the lease term and deliver each of the instant land to the original state by setting a deposit of KRW 10,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 600,000, and the lease period from April 5, 2013 to April 4, 2016.

However, from December 5, 2015, Defendant C did not pay a vehicle as stipulated in the instant lease agreement, and the Plaintiffs did not intend to extend the instant lease agreement to Defendant C around February 4, 2016. Accordingly, Defendant C notified Defendant C of the delivery of each of the instant land by April 4, 2016, when the instant lease agreement expires.

E. At present, Defendant D, in sequence, connects each point of (A) section of 53.76§³ (101) among the instant building, with the indication of 2,3,8,9,9, and 2 of the drawings, such as the indication of 1, 2, 9, 10, and 1 of the attached drawings, and the (B) section of 53.76§³ (102 stores) and the indication of 4,5,6,7, and 4 of the same drawings, which are successively connected to each point of (a) the area of 53.76§³ (102 stores) among the instant building.
